What we do with what you share.

What we collect

Only what you choose to give us. When you send the contact form, we get your name, email, phone number if you add it, the reason you picked, and your message. When you use the voice or text chat, we get what you say or type there.

What we use it for

To answer you. Messages from the form and the chat are kept in the shop’s private customer records so the right person at the shop can read them and get back to you. You get one automatic email confirming we received your form. That is it.

What we never do

• We never sell your information or trade it to anyone.
• We never add you to a mailing list because you sent a message.
• Sending the form or using the chat is not permission to text you. We only text you if you ask us to.

Booking

Haircuts book through Vagaro, and each tattoo artist keeps their own booking app or link. When you book there, that company’s own privacy policy applies, not this one.

Site analytics

We use Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use, so we can make the site better. They see things like your browser, device type, rough location (city level) and the pages you view. They do not get your name or your messages. You can block Google Analytics with any ad blocker or Google’s own opt-out browser add-on.

Links to other sites

Links to Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps and booking apps take you to those companies’ sites. Their privacy rules apply there.

Kids

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Ask us to see or delete your information

Call the shop at (603) 216-1478 or stop by 44 Nashua Rd, Unit 12, Londonderry, NH 03053. Tell us what you sent and we will show it to you or delete it.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
